Patrick Lussier

Patrick Lussier is the co-founder and principal of L&L Partnership as well as L&L Construction and Mining Group, a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company. He takes pride helping small and medium businesses to break their glass ceiling and go to their next level.

Patrick is a father of two, Canadian Armed Forces veteran, project mining & construction professional. Philantropist, he co-founded ForBetterCommunity, an international non-profit organization that empowers communities in need to become self-sufficient and environmentally sustainable. Patrick holds a Master in Project Management from Laval University.

Good communicator, he is excellent to motivate the troops towards a common goal. Mentor and coach in search of excellence, he focuses on results, works well under great stress, is able to quickly make right decisions and adapts well to any situation.

Patrick worked his way up from a technical role in engineering to an executive director role of a Canadian base mining/construction contractor. He accumulated through these years a track record of personnel management, business/project management, cost management, production management and risk management.

Patrick’s other passions combine with his love for the environment. Diving in the ocean has opened his eyes to the need to clean it up; he actively picks up garbage on beaches whenever he goes diving or walking. He enjoys traveling the world and uses photography to capture the splendor of our planet. He also loves a good hike in nature.

Maryse Lehoux is the co-founder and vice-president of L&L Partnership as well as L&L Construction and Mining Group, a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company.

Passionate and authentic, she started working with small and medium businesses in 1994 as an auditor at Deloitte. Now as a successful author, philanthropist and entrepreneur, she has a strong passion and respect for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs.

Founder of Diva Yoga and International University of Yoga, she has created a Youtube channel and community of more of 200,000 women that want to live healthy, serene and in connection with love. She has at heart that small and medium business owners, that represent about 50% of the economy, has access to sophisticated capital funds to fulfill their mission.

She wants to create a movement where ethical and sustainable community pillars can bring their contribuation to the next level and the younger generation to become changing leaders in their communities.
